dtlogosquareWe’re pleased to announce that Deutsche Telekom, one of the largest and most trusted telecommunications companies in the world, selected Zimperium to power a critical security initiative to secure millions of endpoints. Deutsche Telekom will use Zimperium’s technology to power Mobile Protect Pro, a new offering for business customers from its Magenta Security portfolio.

With Zimperium, Deutsche Telekom’s Mobile Protect Pro provides an unprecedented level of mobile security for companies and their employees. Not only does it protect against malicious mobile applications, but it guards against attacks via Wi-Fi and other wireless connections and monitors mobile operating systems — both Android and iOS — for targeted and widespread attacks. Based on Zimperium’s machine-learning algorithms, Mobile Protect Pro provides continuous EKG protection and can identify previously unknown threats.

This partnership provides the opportunity for our technology to safeguard millions of additional mobile endpoints. Telecommunication companies understand the mobile threat landscape better than most, but Deutsche Telekom’s leadership and unwavering commitment to their customers’ privacy and protection is unmatched.

Mobile Protect Pro is easily added to devices in app form and will be available for select pilot customers, free of charge and in a proof-of-concept framework, starting in April. Summer 2016 will mark the official launch for business customers, with the solution costing just a few hundred cents, per device, per month.

This is just the beginning of a very collaborative and promising partnership with Deutsche Telekom and we look forward to continuing to innovate together.
